We will need reliable contact information for the customer. All customers will be able to pay their deposits based on the options listed. To access the options select the green "Bill Pay" link to the right of the screen. Choose the option available to you based on the ones listed.
You will be asked the following quesitons:
Department: Please select Billing.
Name: Please place new water customers name here.
Email Address: Please provide a reliable email address that the water customer checks often.
Phone: Please provide a reliable phone number that the water customer answers often.
Account #: When requesting a new account, the water customer will leave this blank.
Rent or Own: Are you renting or did you buy your home?
Service Address: Please provide address where water customer would need service provided. (If the mailing address differs, the water customer will be able to provide that later.)
Subject: Please put the subject as "New Connect"
Message: In this space, please reinterate that you are requesting service at the above address and indicate whether or not the mailing address is different. This is also the space to ask any other questions or to let the water system know about any concerns a water customer might have.
